1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 cup, chopped Kale raw

1/4 cup Oatmeal

1 tbsp Chia seeds

1/3 cup, unthawed Blueberries frozen

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Add ice for your desired consistency and blend it once again

Sweet Potato Mushroom Breakfast Hash (High Protein)

5 oz (142 g) Turkey ground 99% lean 1% fat raw

1 tsp Olive or extra virgin olive oil

1/2 medium (2-1/2″ dia) Onions raw

1/2 medium Vegetables peppers red 

5 oz (142 g) Mushrooms white raw

  • 1 Start by heating olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  • 2 Add finely diced onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until translucent. Then add the ground turkey and the finely chopped potatoes to the pan, season with salt, and cook for 5-6 minutes until softened.
